Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)
An EFT treatment uses the method of tapping on a variety of acupressure points to help release negative emotional thoughts that you are holding. In the session you will come up with a phrase or phrases that sum up the issue you want to work on. You will also score out of 10 how high that issue affects you. You will then simply repeat this phrase whilst tapping on points on your head, neck and hands. There is an element of NLP at the end of each round of tapping which helps with the release of these negative thoughts. This process will be repeated until your 'score' comes down, if not to zero then certainly as low as it can go for you at this time. The phrase you have chosen may also change during the session as your negative thoughts are released.
